We organize the Tour on demand for a single/couple or groups so you
have all flexibilities...may it be dates,
destinations or properties!

The Tour needs to be all finalised at least 2 weeks ahead of starting
date, so that everything is well-arranged.

Room will be booked only after receiving the
credit card details or 100% advance.

There will be 10% fee on canceling the booking
before 45 days of arrival.

One night Tariff + transaction fee will be charged
if the cancellation is made within 45 days and more then 30 days from
the scheduled booking.

100% cancellation will be charged on cancellation
within last 30 days.

100% cancellation will be charged on NO SHOW.

ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.

We do not accept Cancellations over Phone

In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare,
Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.

Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative
unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis

For a big group of 20 members and above we negotiate with Hotels and
try to capture the best possible rates and pass on bulk discount to you.

In case of international Flight tickets arranged by us, we
Air-courier them at your physical address.

Intercity transfer is provided on preference like Air, Rail or Cab
